   ManhS/6200 CommPro Cfg Util, v4.12 R1.1

SUMMARY

   File 12801034.EXE contains version 4.12, R1.10, disk 1 of 1, of
the Manhattan S/6200 and Commerce Pro AST System Configuration
Utility. This update applies to the following system Part
   Numbers: 503281, 503282, 501832 and 503076.

RESOLUTIONS

Version 4.12 fixed a problem with earlier versions where the
utility would reset the settings on ISA/EISA devices that had
been configured previously. The user settings would be lost and
the utility would reset the installed device to default settings.

Version 4.12 displays a message window when the program is
executed indicating that the user is not going to be able to make
modifications to PCI resources due to the nature of the system
design. We added this message to avoid confusion regarding the
   configuration of PCI devices.

NOTES

This disk contains the AST System Configuration Utility.

If you update the system BIOS for Manhattan S6200 systems with
version 1.20 (AST part number 905601-031) and above, you will be
required to run this release of AMISCU in order to update the
EISA ID value in the BIOS.

Run the AMISCU and select the save settings options.
   Then exit and reboot.

If this ID value is not updated, the BIOS will report an EISA ID
mismatch error during the memory count, as the system boots.
