The Messaging Services and Push Toolkit install procedures are beyond the scope of this readme. Instructions to install the Messaging Services and Push Toolkit are included in the Developer's Guide, under the Using the Java(R) API and Using the C API sections.

This Readme and the Messaging Services and Push Toolkit documentation is installed with the package components. The documentation includes this Readme, a Developer's Guide to using the toolkit, both C and Java API references, and a collection of sample programs.

Changes to the Messaging Services and Push Toolkit for version 5.0.0.2 include:
- IY48704 Push Toolkit is not compatible with WebSphere Application Server version 5. Xerces.jar XML parser.
- IY48704_2 Add a method for querying the version of the Messaging Services and Push Toolkit.
