Concluding tips
---------------

General:

In my tips to get you started, I left you in the Ground Floor, 
holding a pair of secateurs, and no doubt cursing me roundly.  For 
some reason I left off playing this game - but I have now come to 
rescue you.  Sorry about that!

OK, don't forget to sweep the mouse around each screen as you enter 
it, otherwise you won't know what I am talking about.  Examine 
everything.  Please note that if you omit to do certain things, such 
as speaking to the right people at the right time, other things 
won't happen; so save often and, if events don't take place as I 
say, restore and try another tack.  When talking to people, try and 
use all the lines, speaking to them again if necessary.  

And now, back to the game.

From the Ground Floor:

Go to the lift and go up, then go to the right and take the other 
lift up.  Go to the left and enter the door which leads to the lift 
to Security.  Use your ID card in the slot and go down.  This time, 
use Anita's card in the slot by the Interface, and sit on the chair.

You have to be pretty nifty here so, as soon as you are in 
Linc-Space, click on the top of the screen to see what icons you 
have and find out what they are by using the interrogation mark on 
them.  Use "Blind" on the eye, go right, use "Blind" on the next eye 
and quickly go up, up again (ignoring the crusader) and right 
(ignoring the well) and pick up the tuning fork.  If it doesn't work 
at first, try again.  Anyway, once you have the tuning fork, go back 
the way you came and use "Playback" on the well.  A hologram of 
Anita comes up and gives you a message.  Disconnect.

Go back to the Ground Floor and go right from the lift.  Talk to the 
boy (Vincent) and then to the gardener (Eduardo) - he should own up 
to being Anita's contact.  Now, for some obscure reason, you have to 
go left, all the way past the club's entrance, to the court.  The 
door will now be open.  You get involved in an absurd trial of 
Hobbins, whom you have to defend.  Mostly, you just keep choosing 
the first lines, though I don't think it really matters.

When that is over, go into the Club and go straight to the jukebox.  
Choose the first disk on offer and then go and stand by Colston, who 
should get up to turn off the music.  You can now pick up the glass.

Sorry, folks, but it's back up the lift again to our old friend Dr.
Burke.  Go in to see him (try not to be sick) and give him the 
glass.  Watch what happens.  You get Colston's figerprint on your 
thumb.  Oh, no, it's back to the lift and down to the Ground Floor!

Go to the Club, spot the door to the top right and use the metal 
plate.  You are able to go through.  Once inside, use the box under 
the grill.  Oops!  Use the metal bar you are carrying on the packing 
case to the left, and you'll get a wooden lid.  Use that on the box, 
use the box to stand on it and use the secateurs on the grill.  Now 
use the metal bar on the grill to get through the hole.

Go to the right and take the first tunnel at the top.  Go right till 
you come to the hole in the wall - save and advance with caution.  
There is a socket by the hole, use the bulb on it (if you don't, a 
monster grabs you as you try to get past the hole).  Now you can 
safely go right and through the door.  

Don't hang around - click immediately on the exit to the right and 
you'll run through the room.  If you linger, you get killed.  In the 
next room, have a good look around and spot all there is to spot.  
Use the metal bar on the plaster, and again, then pick up the 
brick.  Use the metal bar on the swelling and then the brick on the 
metal bar.  Retrieve it.  A medical robot will come in through the 
door, so now you can go through, too.

Go through the first door to the top and use the control panel to 
the right to reduce the temperature.  Use the metal bar hanging over 
the pit in the center of the room, before the cover opens.  

Go out and use the grill to the right of this door to look through.  
Go right to the next room and look at the robot.  Use Joey's circuit 
in its slot and you get your pal back again.  Ask him to check out 
the tank room.  When he comes out, talk to him and ask him to drain 
the tank.  You can watch him through the grill, if you like.  At any 
rate, go into the tank room.  Watch what happens.

From this room, exit to the top right, then go right again.  Use the 
ID card on the terminal to open the locked door in the previous 
room.  Go back into it and watch.  Joey sacrifices himself for your 
sake.  Click on him to retrieve the circuit.  Examine the corpse and 
get the ID card.  Go back to the room with the terminal.

Now go to the interface and use Gallagher's card in the slot.  Sit 
down and go into Linc-Space.  Save.  Go to the right and use the 
"Blind" icon on the eye, and go quickly up.  If the eye fries you, 
try again.  Once through to the Crusader, use the "Divine Wrath" 
icon on it.  Splat!  Oh, dear.  Disconnect.

Back at the interface machine, use Anita's card in the slot and go 
into Linc-Space.  Again, go right and up getting past the eye in the 
usual way.  Go right through the exit the Crusader was guarding and 
use the oscillator icon on the crystal to get the helix (virus).  
Disconnect.

Back at the terminal room, go left and then through the bottom right 
hand door.  Use Anita's card on the console and the virus it now 
contains will do its work.  Get the tongs to the right of the right 
hand door and fish out a piece of tissue out of the tank by that 
door.  Use it immediately on the huge tank to the left to freeze the 
tissue.  

Go right to the next room.  Open the middle cabinet between the 
androids and insert Joey's circuit in it.  Use the console above and 
choose 2 and 3.  The android will get up.  Talk to it, using all the 
lines.  

Go through the door to the right and Ken should follow you.  Ask him 
to use one of the handpanels by the door to the right and use the 
other one yourself.  Ken gets stuck, but you can go through.

Once through, walk right to the next screen.  Use the cable on the 
pipe support and then use the rungs you'll spot to the right of the 
pipes, as they curve down.  Go down them.  You should now use the 
tongs to drop the frozen tissue on the orifice.  If a door does not 
appear to the left on the rock face, then you have not "used" the 
tissue on the right spot.  Go and get some more, as before, and try 
again.

When the door appears, use the cable and you will swing through.  
You meet up with your father.  Ken should join you, minus an arm.  
As soon as you get control, ask Ken to sit on the chair.  Watch the 
unimpressive finale.  End of story.  You can go to bed, now.  Bye!
